1. Minimum Order Value
As a small independent business, we understand the importance of cash flow. No business wants to drop a large amount of money on an untested product in their store. So, for this reason we have set our minimum order value at just just £100. We do not have any minimum order quantities on our products so you can try as many or little as you like. As long as you reach the minimum order value of course ;0)

You must be a registered user to view the prices and product details on this site. If you have not yet registered, please go to the web site, click on "Sign up". Follow the prompts and submit your information.

We do not currently have a contact number set up, but you can reach us through our socials, website chat or at info@tubowholesale.co.uk Should you prefer to chat on the phone, drop us a message and we will make it happen.
3. Wholesale Pricing
All of our products have an RRP (generally x2.4) on the listing which are prices that work well in our retail store; however, this is only a guide. Every store is different, and we believe that a x3 mark-up would still offers great value.
4. Returns
We do except returns as this gives you an opportunity to try the products risk free.
Please note returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and that you are responsible for the shipping costs.
All returned good Must be in resalable condition. In the event that we identify an issue with the returned stock we will get in touch with you to discuss options.
Once the return has been approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and inform you by email, please allow up to 5 days for funds to reach your account. inspected
6. Payments
Tubo Wholesale accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal, which also offers a ‘Pay in 3’ option.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
7. Net 30 Terms
We do not currently offer net terms, but this is something we may explore in the future.
8. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a £5 per invoice total, we offer free carriage on orders over £200
9. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Tubo Wholesale at info@tubowholesale.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. Return and replacement product shipping costs will be covered by Tubo Wholesale
10. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 2-5 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability. Although we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days there may be occasions where this is not possible (e.g. a product requires making) if this happens, we will advise you of the delay timeframe and give you an opportunity to amend your order.
